Who We Are

Together, Brenden and Stefani, own and operate Cedar Ridge General Construction. Founded in 2020, they specialize in Custom Builds, Excavation, and Pole Building’s. Brenden Evans graduated from Skagit Valley College with a Business Management degree. He entered the construction trade as a union brick mason and foreman for R&D Masonry INC. During this time he gained experience running high profile projects, project management and production.

Stefani and Brenden met in 2013, when she was also studying at Skagit Valley College. She pursued a degree as an Administrative Assistant. She had previous experience in office management. Brenden and Stefani married in 2017, and dreamed of starting their own business.

To achieve this dream, Brenden and Stefani rounded themselves in all aspects of residential construction. Today both run and operate Cedar Ridge with the goal of giving their clients a smooth and seamless building experience.
